Fish soup
Ingredients
- 250g of white fish
- 2 onions
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 peeled tomato
- 2dl olive oil
- 1 laurel leaf
- parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt & pepper
Preparation
- In a cacerolle put the fish, 1 onion cut in half,garlic, laurel, parsley, salt, pepper, half of the olive oil and cover with water.
- Bring it to a boil and let cook for a while
- In a 2nd cacerolle put the potatoes, tomato, carrot, 2nd onion, the rest of the olive oil, salt and cover withh water to boil.
- Take the fish out of the first cacerolle and shred it
- Strain the water used to cook the fish and save it
- Blend the content of the second cacerolle and mix in water from cooking the fish
- Add the fish and add salt and peper to taste if needed
- Add coriander to taste
