Fish soup

Ingredients

  • 250g of white fish
  • 2 onions
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • 2dl olive oil
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. In a cacerolle put the fish, 1 onion cut in half,garlic, laurel, parsley, salt, pepper, half of the olive oil and cover with water.
  2. Bring it to a boil and let cook for a while
  3. In a 2nd cacerolle put the potatoes, tomato, carrot, 2nd onion, the rest of the olive oil, salt and cover withh water to boil.
  4. Take the fish out of the first cacerolle and shred it
  5. Strain the water used to cook the fish and save it
  6. Blend the content of the second cacerolle and mix in water from cooking the fish
  7. Add the fish and add salt and peper to taste if needed
  8. Add coriander to taste
