Chocolate mousse
Ingredients
- (250/3)g butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 6 Tsp sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp soluble coffee
Preparation
- Start melting the butter and chocolate together
- Seperate whites and yolks
- Beat the whites until stiff and put them aside
- Beat the yolks with the sugar and coffee
- Make sure the chocolate and butter are melted and stired together
- Add the chocolate mixture to the yolk mixture and mix
- Carefully mix the stiffened egg whites
- Store in the fridge
