Ingredients

  • 150g potatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50-70g couve
  • 1 onion
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • chouriço

Preperation

  1. Boil everything except the cabbage
  2. After boiled, remove some water but save it
  3. also Remove the choriço
  4. Blend everything and then add the cabbage and choriço
  5. Add some water if needed
