Beer chicken

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • ½ medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 smalll chicken
  • 1 beer (33cl)
  • 2 Tsp of “sopa de rabo de boi”

Preparation

  1. Cut onions and garlic
  2. Fry them in a cacerolle with olive oil
  3. Add the knorr and let the chicken fry a bit
  4. Add the beer and let it cook for around 30min or until the chicken is tender
  5. At the same time you can make rice or mashed potatoes
