Beer chicken
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- ½ medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 smalll chicken
- 1 beer (33cl)
- 2 Tsp of “sopa de rabo de boi”
Preparation
- Cut onions and garlic
- Fry them in a cacerolle with olive oil
- Add the knorr and let the chicken fry a bit
- Add the beer and let it cook for around 30min or until the chicken is tender
- At the same time you can make rice or mashed potatoes
